Our deck is still below construction but to this point the spiral stairs appear fantastic! Paragon customer care was quite valuable and my contractor stated the stairs were simpler to set together than he envisioned.I would not use this corporation at any time once again.Edit: adjusted my 1 star to some four star mainly because they did Call me soo
